Weekly Healthy Topic: Dinner Ideas for Super Busy Weeks

As you may know, my son is now a Freshman in HS, and very involved with everything that comes with a new school. Most nights were driving somewhere for something - can you relate?

Because I want to have healthy options for all of us, make ahead dinner dinners are amazing. I also love breaking out the slow cooker for dinners that are ready when we are.

Having dinner options made helps us save money (by not hitting the drive-thru every night) and helps us eat healthier.

Here are some of the tools I use to keep us on track eating healthy and out of the drive-thru line:

Ninja Max XL Air Fryer

Want a quick dinner? An air fryer is an amazing tool that DEFINITELY lives up to the hype. This Ninja Max XL is one of the top rated air fryers on the market. I've had mine for over a year and use it All.The.Time! A dinner winner!!

Cuisinart Slow Cooker / Multi-Cooker

After breaking the ceramic crock from 2 separate slow cookers, I went searching for a metal (non-ceramic) slow cooker. This Cuisinart Slow Cooker has been the answer. I've had it several years and does everything from brown meat, to steam vegetables and of course slow cook. I use it all year long, even in the summer!

Cuisinart Toaster Oven / Air Fryer

This toaster oven / air fryer is used DAILY at our house. Everything from a quick hot ham & cheese to air fryer salmon, this appliance does it all. It's also the ONLY way to reheat pizza! A kitchen workhorse that!
